How to get the items from the Item Shop?

1. Choose the items you want from the categories in the item shop.
2. Add and get the total of the items you have chosen in US dollars then convert it to your currency using the Currency Converter above. The total amount is the donation needed for the items you have chosen.
3. Use the donation method below that is applicable to you:
   

For Moneybookers/Credit Card/Bank Account users:

1. Visit moneybookers.com and sign-up. If already a member, skip and go Step 4.
2. After signing up, login to your Moneybookers Account.
3. Go to your My Account, Profile, Add/Manage Bank Account or Credit Card, then click Add and follow through.
4. When done, click the Send Money tab, type-in the amount, click Next, in the recipient's e-mail field type-in helixnetwork@live.com.
5. Send the donation.

After sending the donation, send e-mail to helixnetwork@live.com stating the following information:

1. Account/Username and Character name you donated for.
2. List of Items you donated for.
3. Donation Information such as:

1. Moneybookers e-mail you used to donate.
2. Confirmation Number.
3. Amount of donation sent.
4. Others if any.

For Paypal/Credit Card users:

1. Visit paypal.com and sign-up. If already a member, skip and go Step 4.
2. After signing up, login to your Paypal Account.
3. Go to your Profile, Add Bank Account or Credit Card, click Add Card and follow through.
4. When done, click this link to auto-fill recipient's information: [click me!]
5. Send the donation.

After sending the donation, send e-mail to helixnetwork@live.com stating the following information:

1. Account/Username and Character name you donated for.
2. List of Items you donated for.
3. Donation Information such as:

1. Paypal e-mail you used to donate.
2. Confirmation Number.
3. Amount of donation sent.
4. Others if any.

For Western Union:

Send donations to our Philippine recipient with information below:

How & when to get the Donation Gift Items:

Once the donation has been confirmed, the item will be sent via in-game mail usually within minutes up to maximum of 72 hours in case of delays like incomplete information of the donation details, item description and so on, then you will be informed by e-mail regarding your item status.
